I have exciting news - as of today, this blog is officially retired! This is to make room for my new project, one that you may have heard me talking about over the last few months:

Happy boxing day sales to all of you! I hope Santa was generous and you got everything you hoped for yesterday. I spent a beautiful day relaxing with my husband and daughter, which is exactly what I wanted. And I am typing this from my new tablet (an Acer Iconia a500 32GB if you're interested).

It was my Mama's birthday today and after dinner I decided to do her nails. I totally stole the idea off a picture I saw on Tumblr earlier today and I love it. I think it looks beautifully christmassy without being obnoxious.
